Delete your account
Use this page if you cannot access the KaloScan app. We will email a six-digit verification code to the address registered to your account.
Before deleting: Cancel any active KaloScan subscription in Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel store billing.
What will be deleted
Your account profile, saved meals, nutrition history, calorie goal, analysis usage, authentication sessions, and KaloScan subscription entitlement record will be permanently removed. This cannot be undone.
